本标准规定了测定肥料中铬含量的原子吸收分光光度法和二苯碳酰分光光度法。
本标准中原子吸收分光光度法适用于各种类型肥料中铬含量的测定,二苯碳酰分光光度法适用于除试样溶液经处理仍难以脱色的叶面肥料之外的其他类型肥料中铬的测定。

【摘要】:In1960,theAmericanStandardsAssociationapprovedtheinitiationoftheRadiationHazardsStandardsprojectundertheco-sponsorshipoftheDepartmentoftheNavyandtheInstituteofElectricalandElectronicsEngineers.Priorto1988,C95standardsweredevelopedbyaccreditedstandardscommitteeC95andsubmittedtotheAmericanNationalStandardsInstitute(ANSI)forapprovalandissuanceasANSIC95standards.Between1988and1990,thecommitteewasconvertedtoStandardsCoordinatingCommittee28undersponsorshipoftheIEEEStandardsBoard,andin2001,becamealsoknownastheInternationalCommitteeonElectromagneticSafety(ICES).InaccordancewithpoliciesoftheIEEE,C95standardswillbeissuedanddevelopedasIEEEstandards,aswellasbeingsubmittedtoANSIforrecognition.ThepresentscopeofICESis:Developmentofstandardsforthesafeuseofelectromagneticenergyintherangeof0Hz?00GHzrelativetothepotentialhazardsduetoexposureofsuchenergytoman,volatilematerials,andexplosivedevices.ThecommitteewillcoordinatewithothercommitteeswhosescopesarecontiguouswithICES.?/p>ICESisresponsibleforthisstandard.Therearefivesubcommitteesconcernedwith:Techniques,Procedures,Instrumentation,andComputation,IITerminology,UnitsofMeasurements,andHazardCommunication,IIISafetyLevelswithRespecttoHumanExposure,0?kHz,IVSafetyLevelswithRespecttoHumanExposure,3kHz?00GHz,VSafetyLevelswithRespecttoElectro-ExplosiveDevices,Twostandards,twoguides,andthreerecommendedpracticeshavebeenissued.Currentversionsare:IEEEStdC95.1?1999Edition,IEEEStandardforSafetyLevelswithRespecttoHumanExposuretoRadioFrequencyElectromagneticFields,3kHz?00GHz(ReplacesIEEEStdC95.1-1991).IEEEStdC95.2?1999,IEEEStandardforRadioFrequencyEnergyandCurrentFlowSymbols(ReplacesANSIC95.2).IEEEStdC95.3?1991(Reaff1997),IEEERecommendedPracticefortheMeasurementofPotentiallyHazardousElectromagneticFields?RFandMicrowave(ReplacesANSIC95.3-1973andANSIC95.1-1981).ANSIC95.5-1981,AmericanNationalStandardRecommendedPracticefortheMeasurementofHazardousElectromagneticFieldsRFandMicrowave.IEEEStd1460?1996,IEEEGuidefortheMeasurementofQuasi-StaticMagneticandElectricFields.ANSIC95.4-1978,AmericanNationalStandardSafetyGuideforthePreventionofRadio-FrequencyRadiationHazardsintheUseofElectricBlastingCaps.ThisstandardwasdevelopedbyanICESSubcommittee3(SC3)formedin1991toaddressthefrequencyrangefrom0?kHz(SC3).Intheearlyyears,thesubcommitteediscussedthesciencerelatingtobothlong-termandshort-termexposuresandconcludedthattheeffectsoflong-term(chronic)exposurewerenotconvincinglyestablishedaswereeffectsofshort-termexposures.Thisstandarddefinesexposurelevelstoprotectagainstadverseeffectsinhumansfromexposuretoelectricandmagneticfieldsatfrequenciesfrom0?kHz.Thisstandardwasdevelopedwithrespecttoestablishedmechanismsofbiologicaleffectsinhumansfromelectricandmagneticfieldexposures.Itdoesnotapplytoexposuresencounteredduringmedicalprocedures.Thedefinedexposurelimitsdonotnecessarilyprotectagainstinterferenceofmedicaldevicesorproblemsinvolvingmetallicimplants(see6.12).
