【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthetoxicvaluesofawoodpreservativeagainstthelarvaeofHylotrupesbajulus(Linnaeus),introducedintowoodtreatedpreviouslybyfullimpregnation.Thismethodisapplicableto:—water-insolublechemicalswhicharebeingstudiedasactiveinsecticides;—organicformulations,assuppliedoraspreparedinthelaboratorybydilutionofconcentrates;—organicwater-dispersibleformulationsassuppliedoraspreparedinthelaboratorybydilutionofconcentrates;and—water-solublematerials,forexamplesalts.Themethodisapplicablewhetherornotthetestspecimenshavebeensubjectedtoappropriateageingprocedures.
