【摘要】:ThispartofEN12020specifiestolerancesondimensionsandformofextrudedprecisionprofiles,inalloysENAW-6060andENAW-6063manufacturedwithandwithoutathermalbarrier(seeFigures1and2).Itappliestoextrudedproductssuppliedwithoutfurthersurfacetreatment.PrecisionprofilescoveredinthisstandardaredistinguishedfromextrudedprofilesforgeneralapplicationscoveredinEN755-9bythefollowingcharacteristics:—theyaremainlyforarchitecturalapplications;—theymeetmorestringentrequirementsregardingthesurfaceconditionofvisiblesurfaces;—themaximumdiameterofthecircumscribingcircleCDis300mm;—theyaremadetoclosertolerancesondimensionsandform.Inthecaseofprofileswhich,duetothecomplexityoftheirdesign,aredifficulttomanufactureandspecify,specialagreementsbetweenpurchaserandmanufacturermayneedtobereached.NOTE1Thethermalbarriermaterialisnotcoveredbythisstandard.NOTE2Someoftheproductslistedinthepresentstandardcanbesubjecttopatentorpatentapplications,andtheirlistinghereindoesnotinanywayimplythegrantingofalicenceundersuchpatentright.CEN/TC132affirmsitisitspolicythatinthecasewhenapatenteerefusestograntlicencesonstandardizedstandardproductsunderreasonableandnotdiscriminatoryconditions,thenthisproductshallberemovedfromthecorrespondingstandard.
