【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62271specifiestheserviceconditions,ratedcharacteristics,generalstructuralrequirementsandtestmethodsofHV/LVorLV/HVprefabricatedsubstations,whicharecable-connected,tobeoperatedfrominside(walk-intype)oroutside(non-walk-intype)foralternatingcurrentofratedvoltagesabove1kVanduptoandincluding52kVontheHVside,andforoneormoretransformersforservicefrequenciesuptoandincluding60Hzforoutdoorinstallationinlocationswithpublicaccessibility.Prefabricatedsubstationscanbesituatedatgroundlevelorpartiallyorcompletelybelowgroundlevel.Ingeneral,aprefabricatedsubstationcomprisesthefollowingmaincomponents(functions):–enclosure;–powertransformers;–HVandLVswitchgearandcontrolgear;–HVandLVinterconnections;–auxiliaryequipmentandcircuits.However,relevantprovisionsofthisstandardareapplicabletodesignswherenotallthesecomponentsexist(forexample,aninstallationconsistingofpowertransformerandLVswitchgear).NOTENon-prefabricatedsubstationsshouldcomplywiththeapplicablerequirementsofIEC61936-1.
