【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofgriddles.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectagriddleandunderstanditsenergyefficiencyandproductioncapacity.Thistestmethodisapplicabletothermostaticallycontrolled,single-source(bottom)gasandelectricgriddles.Thegriddlecanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Energyinputrate(10.2),Temperatureuniformityacrossthecookingsurfaceandaccuracyofthethermostats(10.3),Preheatenergyandtime(10.4),Idleenergyrate(10.5),Pilotenergyrate(10.6),Cookingenergyrateandefficiency(10.7),and1.3.7Productioncapacityandcookingsurfacetemperaturerecoverytime(10.7).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
